Great Inventory, Confusing Customer Service

I was impressed how easy it was to find and order by supplement.

However, I made the mistake of using my billing address, rather than my home address, as the delivery address. I realized my mistake as soon as I placed the order. There wasn't a phone number so I sent an email to the address listed on the website, [****]. Unfortunately, no one responded to my email and my supplement was sent to the wrong address.

Although I would definitely use Midwest Health Depot again, I hope the customer service options become more effective.

Great product
